Oh hey, I haven't used this thing in a while, have I? ...Somebody said something about shocks the other day...

--looks like it's not shocking me, though! Haha, safe. So! Uh. I had a reason to post this, actually. Anybody around here know if there's somewhere I can crash? It looks like I'm not getting sent home anytime soon, and trying to find spots in those buildings without monsters just isn't working out great for me. It doesn't have to be nice or anything! Just, you know. Someplace where I don't have to sneak away from those stupid dog things at two in the morning.

And does all the food around here come in cans or from the soup kitchen? ...Um, that is to say. Anywhere a guy might be able to barter for some pie~?

Mm. Well, Marshall has a lot of free rooms from what I've heard. So you've been sleeping outside?

Not so much outside, more like inside in different places even if I swear I heard something fall off the building last night.

Good, because it's freezing outside. Well, it's freezing inside too, but not as much.

It seems like the apartments are getting pretty filled up. I wouldn't be surprised if all the rooms became filled with occupants soon.

Some other kid told me there were rooms open in Horton... And yeah, it is kind of chilly out there, isn't it? Maybe I ought to try and find a blanket somewhere.

There are a few in all of the apartments, but it seems that Marshall has the most empty rooms available.

It's all a matter of location and who you want to live near by, I guess.

Huh. Got any advice? I don't really know anything about the people who live in all these apartments.

In Marshall there is that grumpy writer and his friend, some short-tempered firebenders, Jonathan.... And a bunch of people who claim to be countries.

In Latimir there's Suzumiya Haruhi, Koizumi, and myself -- and probably for that reason you'll want to avoid this place. There's that guy Joshua, who apparently composes... something. A few more people claiming to be countries -- Oh, and some lawyers.

I think the quieter people are in Horton and Gohl.

And the rest of the oddballs are in the high school.

Pick your poison, I guess.

People who think they're countries? Okay, that's pretty weird.

...Uh, why would I want to avoid you guys? Do I want to ask?

Long story short, Suzumiya Haruhi kidnaps and-or captures people and exploits them if they show the slightest possibility of being interesting. Koizumi is her Yes-Man and will do anything she says, regardless of whether or not it's ... legal. ~~He'll also touch you. Probably.~~

I'd like to avoid them too, but I don't have a choice.

And people let them do that!? Horton's sounding better and better.

Yes! And I don't even understand why! Worst of all, people encourage Haruhi to do these clearly illegal things. Even back home, she had plenty of enablers.

So if you value your purity, stay away from Latimir.

[ooc: There was a log last night with the goal of Kyon, Haruhi, and Koizumi having a threesome though. WITH CLOTHES ON. Haruhi is cold. Demands cuddles. Etc. Kyon has no purity left.]

I guess there probably isn't anybody to report it to around here....

Uh, you know, Kyon, if I do find someplace over at Horton, you're welcome to crash on the couch if you need to hide.

If I did that, Haruhi would just follow me over there. She's a pest, really. And I don't want to bring the wrath of Suzumiya Haruhi onto the quietest people in Discedo.

But really, it isn't so bad anymore. I get 98% of the work, Koizumi gets 1%, and Haruhi shoves the remaining 1% onto other people. It's an entire 1% less work I have to do.

Wow, sounds like you need more victims... uh, I mean recruits. I'm not volunteering, by the way.

Victims and recruits are just synonyms to Haruhi.

I kind of got that feeling.
