Apparently two dangerous individuals have recently entered the city: Sakurazuka Seishirou and Monou Fuuma. The latter goes by 'Kamui.' We might want to keep an eye on them and figure out what their intentions are while they're in the city. - Or so I've heard from Arisugawa Sorata; anyone know if he's a reliable source?
