...Watariiii get me out of here this place is creepy. I haven't had breakfast! I can't explore some weird ghost town without at least a cinnamon roll to fortify me! Besides, Hisoka's in my bed and he's not even going to know where he is when he wakes up, and it's not nice to do that to a new kid. It's totally not my fault that he got drunk, by the way. He did that all on his own.

They just come back. Though, there used to be these awful dead zombie dog things, but it looks like they got killed off a while ago.

Only a few people, most prefer the apartment buildings. It's not very large.

Well it's not like everyone can live in one place. And, sometimes creature comforts are more important to people. I know I would much prefer my house to living in a classroom.

I don't think a lot of people have been chewed on in the apartments. Though, there are creatures that can get in, more of an annoyance than a true danger.
